Summary: Our second time staying here, and again a nice getaway from real life for a few days. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with cooking equipment and supplies, and if you forget a spice or condiment there's a chance you'll find it on-hand, either from the owner or from what previous visitors leave behind. You know there are neighbors not too far off, but you can't see them and except for the occasional dog barking in the distance you can't hear them. The owner has a bird feeder and hummingbird feeder on the back patio. You'll find some bird food in the closet and if you put some sugar water in the hummingbird feeder during their season you'll get regular visitors. Overall it's a great place to get away from the grind for a few days. We hope to be back on a regular basis.

Summary: You really can't ask for more than this cabin! Everything was clean, inviting and comfortable. Lots of things to do within a short drive. Lots of privacy if you don't want to venture out. We took our kids to Marengo cave, big splash adventure, Wilstem ranch, fishing, hiking. We had a blast with the pool table, air hockey and hot tub. We had a great vacation. Thank you!!!

Summary: Bugs all in the inside of the cabin had to bug bomb the place. Nothing was swept. Someone’s last meal was left in the grill before us. The dryer was full of lint. No trash bags in any trashcans.

Summary: grandkids love the cabin,the games and hot tub.We also rent a pontoon for a day, alot of fun.

Summary: We love staying at this cabin and have enjoyed it for the third year now. This year, we experienced a lot of rain and spent more time than usual at the cabin. With it being so spacious, it worked out great. The kids had plenty of room to play and the adults enjoyed sitting on the back deck playing mandolin and working puzzles while listening to the rain.
